COLOUR:
Do the colors in the pictures match the colors in real life?
We do our best to show colors accuratly, but screen callibration and color effects from screens can affect how the colors are shown on screen. You can always check our social media to compare with different colors. Or you can find us on a craftair to check out the real deal! Please be aware that we conciously produce small batches and that handmade items are known for being unique. We advice to alternate skeins to avoid obvious color differences.
CARE:
What is the best way to care for my Sheep Yarns skein?
Cold. Water. That’s the most important thing to hold on to (besides your yarn of course). Handwash your creations in cold water with a tiny drop of woolwash or detergent. Make a swatch and wash this to avoid unexpected colorbleeding. Bleeding: It can happen that handdyed yarn bleeds slightly on the first wash. Saturated colors and reds are known for this. You can wash your skein before winding it into a ball, or make a swatch and wash that to see if the color bleeds. Red and white do NOT match! Does the yarn bleed a lot? This should not be the case, please get in contact with us a.s.a.p. and we will replace the yarn!
VISITS:
Can I visit you, or pick up my order?
No. Our current workplace is not open for visitors. We hope to one day move to a dye studio or brick and morter shop, and you will be very welcome when that moment arrives!
ORDER AND PAYMENT:
Which paymentmethodes do you accept?
We accept IDEAL, Klarna, Creditcard and Paypal. At craftfairs we accept cash and card, but we prefer card.
SHIPPING:
How long does shipping take?
Within the Netherlands? 1-2 days. Internationally? Up to 4 weeks. Keep in mind that due to Covid, shipping has been delayed worldwide. Bezorgbedrijven beginnen meestal geen onderzoek naar een verdwaald pakketje nadat er 6 weken verstreken zijn. Postal services usually don’t start an investigation for a lost package until 6 weeks have passed.
YARN SUPPORT:
Do you do yarn support?
Absolutely! Are you a designer and you think our colors match your spirit? Send an email to [email protected]. Depending on the project, we offer designers a discount, and sometimes even full support!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be returned until 14 days after receiving your package. Contact us through [email protected]. All postage costs are for the customer. The product has to be in it’s original packaging. Retwisted skeins, caked yarn, used or dirty yarn can not be accepted as a return. Do not continue using a faulty product and get in contact with us straight away. Custom orders and discounted product can not be returned or cancelled. Processing takes a couple days after your returned packaged has arrived.
